'Waterline' is an oil painting developed for my Beginning Painting course. The objective was to create an ocean scene based on my local beach. I chose to create this based off of a trip in February I had to the beach with my friends from New York, and the sentimentality of the piece helped me elevate the feeling provided by my painting technique.
